At Ambrózia Ízműhely, every plate of food and every glass of drink has a soul. It is an elegant, peaceful place where flavours come to life in a friendly atmosphere, with the care and attention of a family. For us, the experience is just as important as the taste itself. The essential ingredients in our kitchen are care, enthusiasm, and love.

Our restaurant does not have regular opening hours. You can join us at our events announced in advance. Each evening is centred around a particular theme and accompanied by carefully selected drinks. To attend, please book through the Table Reservation menu or contact us using one of the details provided.

We are also happy to arrange private family lunches, dinners, events, business meetings, and workshops for up to 14–16 guests, including the venue and technical equipment, subject to prior consultation. The minimum number of guests for private events is 6.

About us

Ambrózia Ízműhely was born from a long-held dream of ours.

We have always believed that a truly memorable dinner is about more than just the food. A relaxed atmosphere, a carefully selected wine pairing, attentive hospitality, and the conversations that unfold around a beautifully laid table are equally important. That is why we created Ambrózia.

A place where there is no need to rush. Where we welcome only a small number of guests at a time, allowing us to give every course, every glass of wine, and every little detail the same care and attention.

We believe in high-quality Hungarian ingredients and clean, authentic local flavours. Behind the finest food and drink there is always a person who made it with love. That is our superpower! 🙂

Free parking is available in the surrounding streets. We also recommend using public transport. Our restaurant is a 4-minute walk from the Újpest-Központ terminus of the M3 metro line.
